An excellent room for business meetings, classes, workshops and parties, the LLC is flanked by windows which look out onto the Camellia Wintergarden and woodlands on one side and a plaza with colorful plantings on the other. It also has partitions which will divide it into three rooms.
A modern catering kitchen adjoins the room for ease of service, with restrooms conveniently nearby. The plaza is perfect for mid-morning breaks, product sales, or mingling between classes or presentations.
You are welcome to use the caterer, decorator or florist of your choice.
The rental fee does not include: setup and takedown of the chairs and tables, or cleanup, although we do recommend using our independent cleaning service for an additional $135.00. If no cleaning service is used, a checklist of what is required is provided to the renters.
